Built Tough and Maintenance Free
Those are the best words to describe our Padgett built heavy duty industrial self dumping hoppers.
Our hoppers feature:
- 7 gauge steel hoppers, 1/4" and 5/16" steel bases
- Continuous welds and extra corner supports.
- A unique safety latch design that prevents premature dumping.
- A maintenance-free rocker assembly; no grease fittings and no replacement parts.
- Precision balance. The hopper rolls forward when released for dumping and returns to its locked, upright position when empty.
- Load capacities range from 0.50 to 5.0 cubic yards and weight capacities from 4000 to 6000 lbs.
Hoppers come standard with forklift bases but may have casters or lifting eyes installed for an additional fee. Hoppers are painted with a rust inhibitive enamel paint, green in color (see above photos).
Dumping Hoppers, Covered Hoppers, Hopper Bins...
Hopper uses are practically limitless. Our fab shop uses them to collect scrap steel at each work station. Commercial contractors often use them to move concrete and other heavy materials into and out of spaces too tight for trucks. We are able to offer a variety of dumping hoppers, covered hoppers, and other hopper bins to meet most any need.
