Paint Booths and Steel Fabrication Equipment

We currently have 2 booths which have over 16,000 square feet of floor space. Both booths are outfitted with down draft ventilation systems. Each booth possesses a 5 ton overhead crane for product handling. In addition to these we also have paint and blast buildings which are 10,000 square feet for additional capacity. We use Black Beauty for our standard blast applications. We have on special request used other blasting media’s that are compliant to our EPA regulations. We currently hold the AISC endorsement for sophisticated paint systems and are members of SSPC and NACE. If your requirement is for 1 coat of shop primer or a multi-coat system Padgett can satisfy your needs.

Equipment List

(2) CNC High Definition Plasma machines running simultaneously on the same rails. The cutting area for this table is 10’ x 50’. Capable of cutting 1 ½” plate.

400 Ton Pacific brake press with 18’ bed, 300 Ton Pacific brake press with 16’ bed, 300 Ton Cincinnati brake press with a 12’ bed. All of our brake presses are outfitted with CNC backgauge’s.

Pandjirus sub arc automated welding machine. Bed is 16’ x 18’ with a thickness capacity of ¼”.

CNC Turrett Station with a ¼” capacity on thickness with a maximum with of 60” wide material.

HTC Shear ¾” capacity with a 12’ bed, Wysong Shear 10ga. capacity with a 10’ bed and Betenbender ¼” x 12’ (currently on order due in plant late February 08).

Automated beam conveyors feed and retrieve parts by transfer conveyors.

Automated Beam and Angle lines, beam capacity is 44” deep, angle and plate capacities 1” thick with a maximum hole size of 1 9/16”.
